Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation - Overview

The Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation has started its working from 01-01-2015 under the energetic, visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Initially Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation has climatized the environment of UAF for having concept of M &E. Day to day monitoring of different components of Main Campus is carried out under a weekly schedule by Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation. A bird eye view of the working of Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation is as under:-

  • Monitoring the progress of multiple tasks assigned by the Vice Chancellor of different departments/sections of the University.
  • Coordinating the Planning & Development section, P.O.ECD (Projects), P.O. ECD (Maintenance), P.O. (Estate) and other departments in Monitoring and Evaluation and reporting of all the development schemes/projects of the University including its Sub Campuses.
  • Monitoring of construction/civil work being done in the University and its Sub Campuses under the Engineering & Construction Department.

 

The Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation has prevailed a sense of being monitored among the staff of Main campus and its allied sub-campuses in a very short time period.
