Like other parts of country, all set to celebrate Independence Day (August 14) at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad with traditional zeal and enthusiasm. In this regard, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan has constituted different committees to make special arrangements. As per details, Quran Khawani and prayers for the progress and stability of the country will be made at the Central Mosque, UAF at 8:00 am. At 8:58, flag hoisting ceremony is arranged at Iqbal Auditorium. After that, students of the UAF run schools will presents national songs and skits to show their love for the country and patriotism. Rehearsals were held on August 13 in this regard.
