UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan gives the cash prize to LGHS for topping Faisalabad Board Matriculation Examination in female students (Science Group)

University of Agriculture Faisalabad run Laboratory Girls High School student Minahil Aslam has topped Faisalabad Board Matriculation Examination in the category of female students (Science Group) with 1062 marks out of 1100. Laboratory Girls High School has gained the 99.5 percent result. As many as 22 students got the marks more than 1000 whereas 75 students bagged A+ and A grades. In this regard, a ceremony was held at New Senate Hall that was chaired by UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan. Addressing on the occasion, Minahil Aslam said that hardworking and trust on Allah open up new chapter of success in our lives. I dream to become a doctor to serve the humanity. She showed her commitment to continue their studies with the same motivation in order to top at FSc level also. Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan said that university was making all-out efforts to ensure the quality education at all level. He said that the administrative interventions are being made to ensure quality education at Laboratory School. He announced the cash prizes for the students who got more than 1000 marks. He said that the students who secured 85 percent marks will be offered free education in FSc under the Laboratory School and College System whereas tuition fees of students who got more than 80 percent mark will be waived off. Principal Community College Prof Dr Khalil-ur-Rehman said the Girls School had topped the Board twice in matriculation ( art group). It is the first time that our student is getting the first position in science group also.
