Workshop on Improvement in Self Assessment Reports and Scientific Writing

Technology advancement and improvement in demand-driven research will help the country compete with the rest of world. It was stated by speakers at workshop titled “improvement in self assessment reports and scientific writing” arranged by the Quality Enhancement Cell, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. The session was chaired by QEC Director Dr Ahrar Ahmad Khan. The resource persons including Dr Abdul Wahid and Dr Junaid Ali Khan gave the training to the participants. QEC Deputy Director Dr Shahbaz Ahmad also spoke. They said good teachers are imperative to build a strong nation. They should be role model for the society. The teaching community needs to improve their teaching and communication skills in line with international standards so that the county can emerge as one of the developed nations. They said that the country was blessed with the numerous talents. The passion and love for the field pave the way of development. They said that quality research and technology advancement are not only increasing the productivity but also providing solutions to the different problems of the society. They urged the students to identify their talents that will help them in excelling and proving their mettle in their respective field. They said Allah Almighty bestows the unique talent to everyone. It is need to explore such God-given qualities so that the country can move to the new height of progress.
