UAF students arrange flowers for Winter Flower’s Exhibition

University of Agriculture, Faisalabad will set up its new Sub-Campus at Vehari District in order to transfer the fruits of education & Research at the door-step of cotton farming community. This was revealed by Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan ,UAF Vice Chancellor while presiding over a Dean’s Committee at new syndicate Hall of the University here on Friday. He said that classes would be started from next year in undergraduate classes at Vehari Campus. Dr. Khan added that UAF had planned to open its sub-campuses in Bahawalnagar , Layyah and Mandi Baha-Ud-Din Districts in order to provide affordable quality education at district level to the students of under developed areas. Dr. Iqrar was of the view that UAF had great track record to generate three universities PMAS Arid Agricultural University, Rawalpindi , UVAS Lahore and recently announced Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan which were off shoots of UAF.He claimed that sub campus Toba Tek Singh would become an independent university very soon.
