Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, UAF Vice Chancellor presides over Board of Directors Meeting of USDA Endowment Fund at Syndicate Hall of the university

A paper work has been completed for the establishment of Stat of The Art International Cricket Coaching Academy having International Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Net Practice, Hostel and International Stadium facilities at Narrwala Road in University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. This was revealed during the meeting of Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, Vice Chancellor with World Number one Bowler Saeed Ajmal in his Chamber on Tuesday. While briefing the Vice Chancellor, Saeed Ajmal told that the purpose of establishing International Cricket Academy at Faisalabad was to provide opportunities to youth belonging deprived and under developed areas of Faisalabad and adjacent areas. He was of the view that lot of talent was being spoiled due to ignorance so that he had decided to take such initiative for talented youth of his home town. Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan reiterated his commitment for all moral and logistic support for this unique and great initiative which ultimately would become a source of capacity building for young generation. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan told that proposed land has been allocated on Narrwala Road which is most suitable venue for this venture. Saeed Ajmal thanked the Hamza Shahbaz for announcing International Cricket Academy and hoped that Punjab Government will provide financial support for this purpose.
