FAISALABAD September 19, 2018: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad and First Micro Finance Bank (FMFB) on Wednesday inked a Memorandum of Understanding regarding students’ loans.

Under the agreement, the students can avail the opportunity of the loans to continue their studies from the Bank. The students will pay back loans in easy installments at Syndicate Room. Faculty of Animal Husbandry Dean Dr Muhammad Sajjad, FMFB Business Head Wajahad Malik, State Bank Chief Manager Faisalabad Division Waqas Bajwa, Registrar Muhammad Hussain, Director Financial Assistance Dr Manzoor Ahmad, Dr Tanvir Asif, Dean Food Sciences Dr Masood Sadiq Butt, Dean Sciences Asghar Bajwa and others notables attended the meeting. Waqas Bajwa said that the steps were being taken to promote the education and to address the financial problems of the students regarding their education. Dr Sajjad said that the iuniveristy was making all out efforts to ensure the quality education the campus. Wajahad Malik said that the initiative was meant to make the country prosperous with the help of the education Dr Manzoor said that as many as 40 percent of the students were getting financial assistance. He said that no nation can make development without ensuring quality education
