The flag hoisting was arranged at Iqbal Auditorium that was administered by senior professor Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa, Registrar Muhammad Hussain and all deans. For the week long Independence Day Celebrations, a committee was constituted headed by Dean Faculty of Food Nutrition and Home Sciences Dr Masood Sadiq Butt, whereas members include Public Relations and Publications Principal Officer Dr Jalal Arif, Director Students Affairs Dr Shahbaz Talib Sahi, Chairman Sports Board Dr Muhammad Ashfaq, Dr Aslam Khan, Dr Khalil-ur-Rehaman, Dr Athar Javed, Dr Haroon Zaman, Treasurer Muhammad Tariq Saeed, Dr Ayesha Riaz, and Shahzad Mahmood. For the flag hoisting ceremony and other programs in Auditorium, the committee constituted is headed by Dr Jalal Arif Principal Officer PRP. Registrar Muhammad Hussain, Dr Khalil Ur Rehman, and Shahzad Mehmood are the members of the committee.
