The University of Agriculture Faisalabad will not hold entrance test this year for the admissions to undergraduate programs and the admissions will be made on the basis of first years results.

It was decided by Deans Committee meeting held at Syndicate Room that was presided over by UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Ashraf. The meeting also decided that the online final examinations for the ongoing semesters will be held from June 22 . The training of the teaching faculty for conducting online examinations for the ongoing semesters will be carried out from June 8. Dr Muhammad Ashraf said that amid the current scenario, online classes are in full swing, enabling the students to study at homes. He said that the students were getting their courses work, lectures and other reading material online at their homes that will not disrupt their academic activities. Dr Muhammad Ashraf said online classes will help students to carry on their academic work as an initiative to encourage social distancing. He said that different leaning management system, YouTube, LMS, and Zoom etc are being used by the faculty and students. He stressed upon the need the faculty to effective work to improve their position in the world acclaimed rankings. He said that they are also actively working on the locust to secure the food security in the country. Registrar/ Treasurer Umar Saeed said that e governance system was put in the place across the campus that will further improve the working conditions at the campus. He said that all possible measurers were being taken to address the problem of the campus community. Principal officer Estate Management Dr Qamar Bilal said that under the Corona fund relief, Ramazan gifts were distributed among the deserving families of UAF Community . Whereas on Easter, Christian community were also given gifts.
