50 years University Scouts celebrations

FAISALABAD Feb 28 ,2023 : Golden Jubilee celebrations of UAF Rovers Scouts was held at D-Ground of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF), in which scouts exhibited their skills to cope with the different situation and presented the skits. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan along with Chairman Sports Board Dr Ahmad Sattar; Dr Irfan Afzal, Dr Fahad Rasul, Ghulam Rasool , Zafarul Haq, Nasir Azi Qasmi, Muhammad Daud Shoukat, and other visited and the spoke to the audience. Addressing the audience, the Vice Chancellor said that scouts were setting the examples to follow for the others in order to serve humanity and spread the message of brotherhood in the society. He said that the University was committed to serve the nation in the form of trained manpower, valuable research and outreach programmes. He said the UAF always stood with the nation at the time of natural disasters like floods and earthquake and played its due role in fighting the challenges. Dr Ahmad Sattar said that scouts of the UAF were the best one in the province working for the last 50 years. He showed his commitment to make the all-out effort for the betterment in the society.
