Punjab Agriculture Minister Syed Hussain Jahanian Gardezi said that statistic was the backbone of any research and the agriculture scientists to pace up their efforts to increase per acre productivity for food security.
He was addressing a concluding session of the International Conference on Statistical Sciences, organized by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Agriculture Faisalabad as the chief guest. He along with UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan visited the agricultural exhibition installed at UAF Expo Center.
