The painting exhibition of Ponnam Rana, student of University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), was put on display at the gallery of Iqbal Auditorium UAF that remained a center of attraction for art lovers.

The event was arranged by Our Dot Production and Molecular Care Lab, Department of Bio Chemistry, UAF. As many as 50 eye-catching paintings, shedding light on our culture and beauty, become the talk of town. The one –day exhibition was inaugurated by UAF Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa who was flanked with Dr Amer Jamil, Our Dot Production CEO Dr Saba Riaz, renowned artist Shafiq, Fida Hussain, Incharge Home Sciences Dr Ayesha Riaz and other notables. Addressing on the occasion, Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa said that art works create tolerance and highlight sensitive as well as beautified sections of a culture, natural resources, touchy issues, suffering, and happily movements of life. He said that there is a need to purify our souls by lending helping hands to oppressed and deserving segment of society. He added that one should be very clear about their objectives and goals in the life for the success. He said that helping others should be our top priority for a peaceful society. Amer Jamel said that paintings were the quality work which speaks the volume of understanding of the student about the art. He said that education was the tool of development for the nations. He said that objective of Our Dot is put our life in to the canvas of universe for a greater agenda and prosperity. Ponnam Rana said that she worked hard to develop the paintings and to highlight the social issues. She said that artwork creates harmony in the society. Dr Saba Riaz said the professionalism, dedications and enthusiasm were the guarantee of bright future.
