The first entrance test for the undergraduate program, University of Agriculture Faisalabad was held on Sunday in which as many as 13,000 students took part.

Thirteen centers were established across the Punjab. Whereas, 8,500 students took part in the main campus while the rest of the students appeared in other 12 centers. UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Ashraf along with Director Admissions Dr Shahbaz Talib Sahi and others officials inspected the arrangements. The Vice Chancellor said that the university was striving hard to find the space in the top 500 universities of the globe. He said the university offers more than 175 undergraduate and postgraduates programs and has produced 80,000 gradates so far. He said that the university was offering 37 undergraduate programs for its main and sub-campuses. He said that the second entry test for those students, who did not appear in the test, or want to improve, will be held on July 21 with the registration by July 15.Dr Shahbaz Talib Sahi said that all procedure was carried out in a transparent manner based on modern and state-of-the-art computerized mechanism. He said the applicants of the test were provided modern facilities.
