Quaid-e-Azam vision of Pakistan is a state with equal rights and opportunities for minorities who are playing their active role in the uplift of the country, said University of Agriculture Faisalabad Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Ashraf.

He was participating at an event held in connection with Christmas celebrations for the Christian community at Student Teacher Centre (STC) Hall. He said that University was making all-out efforts to facilitate the campus community in respective of their colors, creeds, and religion. He stressed the need to create inter-religion harmony. He said that Pakistan constitution was providing freedom to all citizens of the state to enjoy equal rights. He said that on this day, the world got a messiah who brought the message of love, peace, tolerance, and compassion for humanity. We have to work individually and collectively for the betterment and welfare of humanity, and to contribute our share in making the world a safer place to live. Registrar Tariq Saeed, Principal Officer Estate Dr Qamar Bilal, Director Student Affair Shahbaz Talib Sahi, Dean Food Science Dr Masood Sadiq Butt and other notables also attended.
