University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accounts (PIPFA) on Saturday inked Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate in the area of academia and research.

University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accounts (PIPFA) on Saturday inked Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate in the area of academia and research. The MoU was duly signed by UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan and PIPFA President Muhammad Sharif at Syndicate Room. Treasurer Umer Saeed, Registrar Muhammad Hussian, Director External Linkages Dr Rasheed Ahmad, PIFFA Additional Director Muhammad Naeem Akhtar and Institute of Business Management, UAF, Director Munir Ahmad also attended. It was agreed upon that the parties would also collaborate in training joint seminars and workshop to enhance students’ capability. The UAF will provide opportunities to PIPFA faculty to work visiting faculty, and students co-supervisor etc. The parties will work towards mutual reciprocal fee examination recognition arrangement and transfers of credits in various academic training programme. Talking to the delegation, the Vice Chancellor said that the secret of the development of nations lies in the skilled manpower which is a guarantee of a bright future. He said that we have to take the measures to boost up the abilities of the students with the vision of practical experience in the field so that they can fight the odds of the life effectively. He called for refurbishing the skills of the students. He said that the country was having tremendous talents but we lack in tapping the potential.
