Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Prince Edward Island and UAF

The University of Prince Edward Island Canada and University of Agriculture, Faisalabad have inked two Memorandum of understanding to collaborate in the area of research and academia. The MOUs was duly inked by UAF Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, and Canadian Associate Dean Nick Krouglicof on the behalf of Canadian university President Dr. Alaa Abd-Ei-Aziz. According to the agreement, exchange of academic staff and students will be carried out whereas the exchange of researches will also be made. They would continue working on the developing 1+3 undergraduate degree program in engineering. The students enrolled in this program will complete one year at UAF and remaining three year at UPEI. The both sides would also explore the potential program for the collaboration. Arid Agri University Rawalpindi Vice Chancellor Dr Rai Niaz Ahmad, Canadian varsity Director Industrial Partnership Dr Allan Dale, UAF Dean Faculty of Agriculture Engineering Dr Allah Buksh, UAF Director External Linkages Dr Rashid Ahmad, and other notables also attended the event.
