Teaching is an art in which the perfection is needed. The teaching community should become self-accountable, and perform their duties effectively to hone the God -given abilities of the students so that dream of prosperity can be fulfilled with trained manpower This was stated by University of Agriculture Faisalabad Vice Chancellor Dr Iqrar A Khan while addressing a teacher training workshop arranged by Quality Enhancement Cell, UAF. He said that the researchers should think out of box solutions to the problem faced by the community, civil society and farming community with innovative ideas. He said that the secret of the development of any county is in quality education and trained manpower which are imperative to alleviate poverty. He said that UAF was taking all possible measure to ensure the quality education and research. He added that it was their duty to equip the students with skills and moral values in order to cope with different challenges of the country. He urged the researchers to work jointly to solve the problems of the stakeholders, industry and farming community. He praised the government for the initiatives in agriculture sector that will result in increasing growth rate. Director QEC Dr Abdul Khaliq said that UAF Quality Enhancement Cell was striving hard to achieve the quality standards. He also stressed upon the need to work on the teaching attitude that will help improve the education quality.
