University of Agriculture Faisalabad Professor Dr Ihsan Khaliq has passed away at the age of 54 years.

University of Agriculture Faisalabad Professor Dr Ihsan Khaliq has passed away at the age of 54 years. Dr Ihsan Khaliq was serving as Professor at the Department of Plant Breeding and Genetic, UAF. His funeral was offered at D Ground of the UAF in which tens of faculty, students and administrative staff participated. UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Iqbal Zafar and other notables also attended. His area of research interest was wheat breeding for normal and stress environments. He has produced hundreds students. He has left behind a widow and four daughters.
