There is a need to spread the message of Allama Iqbal in the society in order to bring the prosperity and to address challenges confronting the country. It was stated by University of Agriculture Faisalabad Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad while talking to students and faculty members at Syndicate Room, UAF. He added the ideology of Khudi gives a way of life to open up windows of prosperity, self reliance and excellence in the society. He urged the youth to develop the characteristics of Iqbal ka Shaheen to conquer the world with ability. His poetry is a beacon of hope and directions to move forward and take guidance with belief in Khudi. He said that Allama Iqbal pulled the Muslims out of ignorance and restlessness with his poetry and showed them right path to achieve independence. He added Iqbal was one of most prominent leaders of the All India Muslim League who encouraged the creation of state in his 1930 presidential address. He said that Iqbal is a man who portrayed the dream an independent state for the Muslims of United India. His poetry had started a revolution that resulted in emergence of independent country for Muslims. He said that we could get distinction in economic, political, social and religious spheres by following the philosophy of the great poet. He called for making the young generation aware of Iqbal’s philosophy. He added that there were some poets in the history who have had such a profound effect on people lives and political impact.
