Air conditioning at newly constructed Exhibition Center of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad has start functioning with the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan who was flanked by Deans, Directors and administrative staff, inaugurated the center.Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan while congratulating the endowment fund secretariat team urged the deans and directors to make maximum use of the expo center by exhibiting their technologies and business ideas. He said the university in collaboration with British Council and Dice Foundation Pakistan is going to organize a Dice innovation event to enable the students showcase their business plans and ideas that would, he said encourage the businessmen to invest the newly emerging business ideas. Dr. Ahmad said that UAF Exhibition Center was the 2nd largest in the province providing a unique opportunity to the textile and agroindustry to exhibit their success stories. He vowed to conserve the glorious beauty and ambiance of the old constructions in the university adding that he would love to see the same in the new constructions. He directed the engineering department to designs the new buildings with inbuilt and integrated air conditioning system.
