The oath taking ceremony of the newly elected Academic Staff Association (ASA)’s body, University of Agriculture Faisalabad will be held today (Thursday) at the New Senate Hall. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan will administer the oath from the newly elected body.

The oath taking ceremony of the newly elected Academic Staff Association (ASA)’s body, University of Agriculture Faisalabad will be held today (Thursday) at the New Senate Hall. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan will administer the oath from the newly elected body. As per notification issued by Prof Dr Muhammad Younas, Election Commissioner ASA 2015, Assistant Prof/ Deputy Director, Endowment Fund Secretariat Mr. Amir Saeed has been elected President unopposed . Whereas, Muhammad Athar Nadeem, Assistant Prof, Department of Agronomy has been elected Vice President, UAF Main Campus. Assistant Prof Dr Sibtain Ahmad and Dr Fakhar-ud-Din have been elected as Vice Presidents for UAF Toba Tek Singh and UAF Burewala-Vehari Sub-campuses respectively. Assistant Prof Dr Khurram Zia from Office of Research innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) will take oath as new Secretary, ASA whereas Lecturer Iqra Shagufta as joint secretary and the NIFSAT Assistant Prof Dr Allah Rakha as treasure.
