Pakistan men handball team secured 39-25 victory against Bangladesh and Yemen defeated Maldives by 36-9 goals on the third day of International Handball Trophy arranged at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Six SAARC countries including Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Maldives, Yemen and Pakistan are participating in the trophy. The event arranged by International Handball Federation and the University of Agriculture Faisalabad is the largest Handball tournament in the history of the country. As per results of women matches, Pakistan beat Nepal with 24-13 hits. Yemen wins the match against Afghanistan with 29-9. The semi-final and final matches of the International Handball Trophy for men and women teams will be played on Sunday at UAF Handball Stadium and Foreign Faculty Ground, UAF. As per results, on second day in men matches, Afghanistan defeated Maldives by 49-22 goals and Bangladesh won match against Nepal with 41-18 hits. In the women matches, Pakistan secured 26-12 victory against Yemen. Bangladesh win the match against Afghanistan by 52-5 goals.
