My research domain is splitted into two area as we have two streamline of graduate students i.e. Food Science and Technology & Human Nutrition and Dietetics. As a food technologist my research is focused in domain of meat science and technology especially improving meat quality through dietary strategies and later to focus on postmortem aging of meat. Being a nutritionist, my research is focused in domain of functional foods and nutraceuticals. My PhD research topic was development of functional foods. My research projects also focuses in these domains. |
