Interactive session with the female faculty and staff

FAISALABAD May 22: Women are playing equally vital role as men in the growth and progress in our society. No nation can truly succeed without empowering its women to become professionally strong and confident. It was said by University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali in an interactive session with the female faculty and staff, providing them with a platform to share their ideas, suggestions and concerns. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the university’s commitment to empowering women. He said our women are progressing on merit and confidently taking on leadership roles and they are now well aware of their rights and responsibilities. He said that UAF is continuously working to create a more comfortable and supportive environment for its female employees and trying to eliminate the challenges that hinder women’s leadership roles in the university. Dean Faculty of Arts and Humanities Prof Dr Shazia Ramzan, Prof Dr Bushra Sadia and other notables spoke on the occasion.
