Two-day training workshop titled “Painting Techniques”

FAISALABAD June 4: The art work depicts the different issues as well as the beauty of our society, providing the people a pathway to observe the world minutely, said the speakers of a training workshop at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. On the directives of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali, the two-day training workshop titled “Painting Techniques” was organized by the Women Industrial Home, Institute of Home Sciences, UAF. Addressing the participants, In-charge Home Sciences Dr Ayesha Riaz said that artists see the world meticulously and highlight its different aspects in an attractive way that compel the people to think out-of-the-box. She urged the young generation to excel in their choses fields by leaving no stone unturned for a bright future. She said that the workshop was meant to enhance practical and professional skills of students and community development. It brought together a large number of the students, faculty members and training professionals to explore effective methodologies, tools and strategies. Dr Sadaf Iqbal called for the pivotal role of training and capacity building in transforming knowledge into skills. She said that every moment has something different in it and the artists grab the situation in the form of art. She said that this workshop is a valuable initiative to become future trainers, educators and change-makers. Anum Asghar also spoke on the occasion.
