FAISALABAD Sep 22: A month-long awareness project campaign “Don’t Suffer in Silence” arranged by students of English Access Scholarship Program has concluded at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF). The campaign led by students and volunteers carried a strong message of “Say No to Bullying” which reached 300 students aged 13-16 in six different schools across Faisalabad, Bhakkar and Mianwali. The initiative highlighted United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), emphasizing that both can only be achieved in a safe and anti-bullying environment. The project was funded by the Regional English Language Office (RELO), U.S. Embassy Islamabad, through Vision-Building Future (VBF). The campaign was designed and executed by students of the English Access Scholarship Program, which enabled participants to enhance their skills and preparing themselves for larger-scale projects in future. In his message, UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali said the drive is an example how our students are becoming agents of change. Their leadership, creativity and courage prove that with the right guidance, they can build a safer and more inclusive society.
