FAISALABAD October, 22: Grooming is not merely about appearance but a reflection of confidence, discipline and self-awareness, building a strong, graceful and impactful personality. It was stated by the speakers at one-day workshop on self-grooming at the Women Industrial Home. The event was organized by the Institute of Home Sciences, University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF). Director Institute of Home Sciences Dr Beenish Israr said that grooming reflects one’s personality and attitude towards life. She urged students to develop habits that promote self-respect, grace and confidence in both personal and professional spheres. In-charge Women Industrial Home Sadaf Iqbal said that self-grooming is not limited to appearance but also includes mental and emotional well-being. Aisha Mushtaq highlighted the importance of self-awareness and discipline as key elements of a well-groomed personality. Sukanafrom Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority encouraged students to present themselves confidently and maintain a positive mindset in every situation.
