8th Professional Planning and Management Course (PP&MC) from Kashmir Institute of Management (KIM), Muzaffarabad, AJK, visited the University of Agriculture Faisalabad

Faisalabad Feb 11: A delegation comprising 19 participants and three faculty members of the 8th Professional Planning and Management Course (PP&MC) from Kashmir Institute of Management (KIM), Muzaffarabad, AJK, visited the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) on Wednesday as part of their Inland Study Tour Program. Registrar Dr Asif Kamran, UAF Deans including Dr Ghulam Murtaza, Dr Muhammad Qamar Bilal, Dr Amer Jamil, Dr Munir Anjum, Dr Waqar Wakeel, Dr Shahid Mehmmod, Dr Imran Pasha and others shed light on the major challenges faced by the agriculture sector, including water scarcity, climate change, declining soil fertility and environmental degradation They meeting highlighted the academic stature and research contributions of UAF in national development. They said that the university has always played a pivotal role in strengthening Pakistan’s agriculture sector through education, research and innovation. Such academic visits promote knowledge sharing, institutional linkages and exposure to best practices in agriculture and management. They added that research-driven solutions, precision agriculture and sustainable farming practices introduced by UAF are contributing significantly to food security and improving farmers lives.
