Food & Art Festival organized by The Agrarian Society, Faculty of Agriculture.

FAISALABAD April 28: University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) arranged Food & Art Festival organized by The Agrarian Society, Faculty of Agriculture. The event showcased a diverse range of food stalls, and artistic displays contest . While inauguration ceremony, UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of such events in nurturing students’ practical skills. He said that food and art are powerful mediums of cultural expression and innovation. He encouraged students to explore their creative potential and emphasized that platforms like this festival help bridge academic learning with real-world applications, preparing them for future professional challenges. Dean Agriculture Dr Ghulam Murtaza said that festivals not only provide entertainment but also promote cultural awareness and unity. . Dr Waseem Akam remarked that the festival reflects the dynamic capabilities of students in both culinary arts and creative expression. He emphasized that hands-on activities like food competitions enhance confidence and technical expertise. Dr Nadeem Akbar and others said that such events foster teamwork, innovation and entrepreneurship among students.
