FAISALABAD Aug 2: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad on Sunday conducted second entrance test for the undergraduate degree admissions in around 14,000 candidates appeared across 13 test centers. On the directives of UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Zulfiqar Ali, foolproof arrangements were ensured for the candidates and their parents. According to Director Admission Dr Muhamad Muzammil Jahangir, test centers were established in 13 cities including Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Lahore, Gujranwala, Layyah, Depalpur (Okara), Narowal, Rawalpindi, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, and Burewala. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali along with other officials visited the different centers in Faisalabad and inspected the arrangement. It is pertaining to mention here that the UAF is ranked as the 33th best university in Agriculture and Forestry according to QS ranking. UAF has made remarkable strides in academia, research and innovation. Being the first ever agricultural institution in sub-continent, UAF has played a pioneering role in advancing agriculture and ensuring food security.
