The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) observed Youm-i-Istehsal.

FAISALABAD Aug 5: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) observed Youm-i-Istehsal (Exploitation Day) on Wednesday to express support for the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination and to condemn India's illegal and unilateral action of August 5, 2019. The rally was led by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali, while a large number of teachers, students, officers and employees participated in it. The participants carried banners and placards in support of the Kashmiri people and condemned Indian atrocities. The participants chanted the Slogans "Kashmir will become Pakistan" and "We are with the Kashmiri people". Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali said that the day reminds us of the illegal Indian actions of August 5, 2019, through which the constitutional status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir was abolished. He urged the international community to take note of the human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and play its role in ensuring the right of self-determination for the Kashmiri people in accordance with the UN resolutions.
