Research focuses on Public Health Nutrition, with particular attention to addressing malnutrition and its effects on cognitive development in school-aged children. Areas of interest include the development, sensory evaluation, and nutritional analysis of fortified food products using locally available ingredients. Additional interests span nutritional counseling, dietetics, food safety, and culinary sciences. Active engagement in the Product Development and Value Addition component at PKNC supports the creation of nutrient-dense food solutions for vulnerable populations. Work also extends to food service management, nutraceutical applications, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at improving community-based nutrition interventions. |
